The video is the slides from when Kevin Mitnick gave a talk on how to unmask caller-id @ last hope 2008. It shows the usage of a technique used with Asterisk while using service from Flowroute.com. The voice overs are done by me, hopefully this explains it a bit better than just having the video! I can't post the code up in the description for some reason, so please visit my blog for an explanation: http://phant0msignal.blogspot.... Don't even try trapcall, such a rip off. They are horrible, half the time the service you pay for doesn't work.

Any way to do this without expensive gear, and signing up for an account?

Does this work? Some of the visuals are blurry even when I expand the view....

for everyone saying "just use trapcall", it's something like this that allows trapcall to operate and if it's too difficult or complex for you, don't do it. this is a privilege for those willing to do it, not a right that you're entitled to even if you don't want to put in any effort. i'd love to see trapcall get a competitor or two. i'm fine with them making money off donations or optional pay-for services, but they got greedy and forgot what "freedom of information" is all about. their bad.
